This hotel was a commendable fit for a weekend trip in Al Khobar with good value considering the price it charged. The staff were friendly and promptly provided extra towels when requested, which made my stay more enjoyable. Make sure to ask for non-smoking rooms if that's your preference.

The stay was mainly for exploring the nearby attractions, and I was pleased with the clean room and the impressive breakfast spread that catered to a variety of tastes. The quick access to the Mall of Dhahran and other food options made it convenient to enjoy local dining. the underground parking was a bit confusing at first, but once figured out, it was a useful amenity.

The King Room was spacious and had a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for winding down after a long day. The quick Wi-Fi connection was a definite plus, making it easy to catch up on work without interruption.
I faced a few drawbacks during my stay. Had to deal with a smoking room being the only option at check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient. The electric kettle in my room didn't work, and there was only one glass when I booked for two. On top of that, the elevators were prone to sudden breakdowns, which made moving about a hassle. Parking turned out to be tight and a bit convoluted. Lastly, I noticed that toiletries weren't adequately stocked, like lotion running out in the dispenser, which could've been easily checked. It felt like some basic maintenance and guest services needed addressing.

The location is fantastic, being surrounded by numerous attractions. Food options were impressive, particularly the sweet biscuits that weren't just a treat but a highlight. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. however, it was disappointing that the Wi-Fi setup posed initial challenges. Limited pool hours for women could be improved. Despite these issues, the staff's friendliness and attentiveness made the visit enjoyable.
